Well I had to adjust my schedule, so I could do my training run today.
But that is what's it all about. Being able to adjust your training to the time you have.
Boy it was cold at 5:45 this morning, but out I went. I decided to try a non-stop 30 mins. jog, just to see how I would fair.
Not a problem (other than the cold) I went for an easy pace, and just cruised. The run ended up only being 29 mins, with a distance of 5.35 Kms.
